Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy — Drip Society Coffee Roasters

At Drip Society Coffee Roasters, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and enjoyable. This policy explains your purchase options and cancellation rights.

1. Purchase Options

We offer the following ways to enjoy our coffee:

One-time purchases: Order any coffee, merchandise, or brewing gear directly from our store.
Subscriptions: Set up recurring deliveries of your favourite coffee, fresh-roasted on schedule, delivered straight to your door.

2. Order Cancellation

One-time purchases: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order.
Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing/shipping cycle.

To cancel:

Log in: Sign in to your customer account on your shop app or our website.
Go to subscriptions: Navigate to the "Subscriptions" or "Account" section and click on "Subscriptions".
Select the subscription: Choose the specific subscription you wish to cancel.
Cancel: Click on "Cancel subscription" and confirm the action in the dialog box.
Result: Billing and deliveries will cease immediately. You can also choose to pause the subscription if you'd like to temporarily stop receiving orders

a brief note requesting cancellation

Once an order has been roasted and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Changes to Orders

If you need to change your order (address, quantity, or product), contact us immediately at hello@dripsociety.com.au.
Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
