Returns & Refunds
At Drip Society Coffee Roasters, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and gear. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.
Fresh Coffee Beans
All coffee is roasted to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there’s an issue with your coffee (quality, incorrect roast, or wrong product), contact us within 7 days of delivery at refunds@dripsociety.com.au, and we’ll make it right.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Email us within 7 days at refunds@dripsociety.com.au
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Equipment & Merchandise
For non-perishable items (brewing gear, merchandise, accessories):
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Customers covers return shipping unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Coffee Subscriptions
- Subscription deliveries are non-returnable.
- For any issues, contact us and we’ll assist with replacements or plan adjustments.
