At Drip Society Coffee Roasters, we roast our coffee fresh to order and aim to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Coffee is freshly roasted to order, so timing ensures maximum freshness.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia using reliable carriers.

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order directly with the carrier to see real-time updates.
4. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within Australia.
- International shipping may be offered in the future — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, contact us at hello@dripsociety.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- We will assist with replacements or refunds where applicable.
